Intersec Buenos Aires is an essential event for the safety market to find new marketing channels and expand throughout the Latin American region.

The fair will offer several academic activities among which it is worth highlighting the presentation of the First Fire Simulator in Argentina, organized by the Argentine National Board of Firemen.

It is more than 4 months long for the fair opening and 120 exhibiting
companies have already booked its space in an exhibition that will
have a total area of 4,200 square meters. It is also confirmed the
participation of companies coming from China, Spain and United
States. To these excellent figures, it adds up the institutional
sponsorship of more than 50 chambers of the sector that support the
event history within the integral safety exhibition market.

In 2009, the integral safety market showed an outstanding growth.
Within the sectors, the most favored one was that of videosurveillance whose sales reached US$ 200 millions, which
represented 45% of the total while the access control systems also
had a favorable balance of US$ 95 millions. Products and services
devoted to intruder and fire detection added up US$ 85 and US$ 70
millions, respectively.

The new edition of the Integral Safety South American Exhibition will
be the meeting point for the chambers, associations and
organizations related with the sector that gather to exchange ideas.
For this reason, the organizers are preparing the following academic
activities:

- Electronic Safety Congress
- Electronic Safety Courses
- Conferences of Exhibitors
- Presentations of new products and services

In this area, the National Board of Firemen develops programs of
demos and conferences on the following subjects: simulations,
rescues, emergency psychology, equipment and several discussion
workshops. It will also take place the presentation of the First Fire
Simulations in Argentina, that is used in the Fire Mobile Training
Center that belongs to the National Firemen Academy.

Intersec Buenos Aires will be carried out on September 1-3, 2010 in La Rural Trade Center.

The exhibition is only for sector's professionals. Children under 16
years old will not be admitted, even if they are accompanied by an
adult.
